SoccerStreams

Contact

Write to us if you have spotted an error in the schedule, if you represent a rights holder, or if you want to ask about advertising. We read every message and reply to the ones we can handle.

Direct email

The fastest way to contact SoccerStreams is by email: [email protected]. You can write from your usual email account, without registering anywhere.

If you prefer, below there is a form. It is not a form in the usual sense: it does not store your data on any server. Instead it prepares the message and opens it in your own email app, so you can check it and send it yourself.

Before writing, it is worth checking today's agenda and the frequently asked questions on this page: a good share of the messages we receive ask for the time or channel of a match, and that detail is published on every match page and updated daily. If you still cannot find what you need, or the published detail looks wrong, write to us with the details and we will review it.

Contact form

Fill in the fields and press the button. Your email app will open with the recipient, subject and text already written. You will only need to press send inside your email.

If your email app does not open, copy the address [email protected] and write to us directly from your email.

Errors in match data

If a kick-off time, a date, a stadium or a channel is wrong on a match page, tell us and we will fix it. Hundreds of matches are published every week, and reports from readers are the fastest way to catch a mistake the sources have not updated.

So we can find the error without going back and forth, include these details in your message: the match, with both teams; the competition; the date and time shown on the site; the detail that is wrong; and the correct detail according to the official source, if you have it to hand. With that information, the correction normally lands in the next day's update. Without those minimum details, we sometimes cannot identify the match among all the games played that week.

Rights holders

If you represent a competition, a club, a channel or any other rights holder and want to ask for content to be removed or corrected, write to [email protected] naming the specific content, such as a badge, a name or a detail, the page where it appears, and your relationship to the rights holder. These requests are handled as a priority, and we remove or correct what is appropriate without long procedures.

Advertising

If you are interested in advertising a product or service in this guide, write to the same address with Advertising in the subject line. Tell us what you want to advertise and in which countries you want to appear, and we will reply with the options available. Please note that we do not accept advertising for unauthorised broadcasts or for products that infringe third party rights.

Technical problems

If a page does not load, a kick-off time shows at an hour that makes no sense, or something breaks on your phone, tell us which page it was, which device and browser you use, and exactly what you saw. A screenshot helps, but it is not essential. Problems we can reproduce are fixed in the next update of the site.

Privacy

For requests about personal data, such as access, deletion or objection, write to [email protected] with the word Privacy in the subject line. Before writing, you can read the privacy policy: there we explain what data we handle, which is very little, and how to exercise your rights.

What we cannot help with

We say this plainly so you do not waste your time: we do not stream matches and we have no stream links, so we cannot reply to requests for feeds, links to watch a match, or access codes for paid platforms. We also do not sell tickets or manage subscriptions to any channel. To watch a match, go to the official platform named on its match page.

What happens after you write

Your message lands in a mailbox that a person reads, not in an automated ticket system. We sort messages by topic: schedule errors first on matchdays, rights requests as a priority at any time, and everything else in the order it arrived. If a correction is needed, it goes into the next daily rebuild of the site, and the fixed page is what every visitor sees from that point on. If your message needs a personal answer, we reply from the same address you wrote to, so check your spam folder if a reply seems late.

Reply times

We reply within two to three working days. At weekends and on big matchdays the volume of messages grows and we may take a little longer. If your report is an error in a match being played today, say so in the subject line and we will look at it before the rest.

Frequently asked questions

How long do you take to reply?

Two to three working days. If your message is about a match being played today, put that in the subject line and we will look at it first.

Do you offer contact by phone or social media?

No. The only contact channel is the email address [email protected]. That way every request stays in writing and we can find the match details without losing information along the way.

Can I suggest a competition that is not listed?

Yes, and it is welcome. If the competition is covered by our data sources, we will add it to the schedule. If the source does not cover it, we cannot publish it with reliable data for now.

Do you accept link exchanges or paid links?

No. We do not buy, sell or exchange links. If you write only to offer that, you may not receive a reply.

Can I send you news or transfer stories to publish?

Thank you for thinking of us, but this site is a programming guide: we publish kick-off times and channels, not news. For news, look for a sports media outlet; we concentrate on keeping the schedule accurate.
